Lucy Quist passionately believes in harnessing the potential of young people to deliver outstanding results that improve society. She is a highly sought-after public speaker and multiple award-winning personality who speaks on business and social leadership, technology for growth, development and human potential on local and international platforms.

Lucy has also been a panel member of many industry-focused discussions.

Her audiences have come from different fields of endeavours such as business, academia, social enterprising and development, creative industry and others.

She is an accomplished speaker on many subjects including leadership and technology and has been on platforms such as TEDxEuston, Wharton Africa Business Forum, the Sanford C. Bernstein Center for Leadership and Ethics Conference at Columbia Business School and the African Development Investment Convention. She was recently featured on BBC’s Power Women series as one of the top business women driving transformational change in Africa.

She is a founding member of the Executive Women Network (www.ewntree.com), a non-profit organization of women in senior management and executive positions committed to inspiring, empowering and supporting women executives to succeed and become influential both locally and internationally.

She is an agent of change who is very passionate about mentoring young people to make systemic and sustainable change in the world as they prepare to take over the helm of affairs.
